By Keith Ingham![]() Played: 45 Won: 15 Drawn: 10 Lost: 20 Goals For: 54 Goals Against: 68 Points: 55 This is scant reward for the money he has been given since he took over from Simon Grayson, I take on board the difficulties during the takeover but his comments and constant blaming of players has turned the fans against him and I wouldn't be surprised if some players have thought the same. He always said if the fans turn on him he would leave. Well Neil the majority of fans attending the away games at Barnsley and Middlesborough should have shown him that in the best interests of the club, he should leave and leave now. Remember folks we might only be 8 points off a top six place but we're the same off the bottom three. The time has come to change before it's too late, I'm worried the end of season could turn into a battle at the wrong end of the table if something is not done soon. Time to go Mr Warnock ! On On On without Warnock

I like Neil as a person and as a football man. I was delighted when he agreed to come to our club. He is a character and big enough to take on the job here that needs doing. BUT. I think he should go now and give a new man time to assess the squad and plan for next year. We are out of the promotion race and who cares about the FA cup,The team is not playing well and not creating chances but we do have some good players. Not playing well would be OK if we were winning. The entertainment value is zero. I can't remember watching a game (season ticket holder) that was good to watch since Gradel left. I do not blame Neil at all. He never had the finances in the summer. Good luck to Warnock. My choice would be Nigel Adkins while he is still available.

Like you Shazzan, I quite like NW the blunt Yorkshireman, but I did not want him when he was appointed and posted that he should be sent to Cornwall with a banning order keeping him away from ER. However, like any other manager of the club, I gave him my full support until it became obvious that Leeds United was one step he couldn't make, though I accept that he has done his job in difficult circumstances.

Sorry, or David O'Leary for that matter ... he would probably have Poleon in the team if his past performance was any thing to go on.

He should retire now, His judge me and laugh style is wearing a bit thin now.. and after the comments last night of " I dont know where a win will come from just sort of says it all .. Good luck in retirement its long over due, Our season is over by way of making the play offs but I really fear with this present style of football we are going to be looking over our shoulders for a nervous few months, Get a new man in and hopefully lift us momentarily enough to avoid a wrong end of the table fight... I also think Adkins is available and worth considering at least he plays entertaining football... MOT

Neil has done nothing to solve the problem we had on the pitch, although he has brought in a few names we would never have seen under Grayson. Its time for him to go and we should really consider this as managers like Nigel Adkins are still available.

If the club/gfh or however is leading Leeds United this season had any sort of ambition they would have booted Warnock after the Hull game in the x-mas period. This had enabled a new man to get some of his targets and if nothing else to have almost 8 months to prepare for a new season.
