By Keith Ingham![]() I've made a few comments over the season and some have been read and commented on, others have been denounced as folly but I'm on the rant again ! I firmly believe that the position Leeds find theirselves in eighteenth place, no wins in seven, three without a bloody goal and with a team I consider far worse than when they dropped into Division One are down to poor management from the top to the person who picks the team. Before you all start please take the time to read my observations: 1. I've mentioned earlier that in the dark days of Division 1 we at least had the siege mentality, -15 and all that but players were brought in and through team spirit eventually got their just rewards, this present team does not come close to that. They simply don't have the bottle for a battle. 2. Even though I think Neil Warnock has been severely hampered in his pursuit of players, some of the ones he has already bought have failed to deliver and others played out of position, the latter can be directly attributed to the manager, he picks the team and you can't blame bates for that 3. If a team is struggling you look to the manager for inspiration so he can motivate his players to improve, constant 'woe is me' ain't that. 4. With the club being perilously close to the wrong end of the table it can be questioned that maybe another manager could get more out of the players already at the club. 5. My last, although I could go on is if you were in a job you felt that your support was not forthcoming , would you not ask your bosses for some clarification or indeed threaten to look elsewhere for employment. Neil has not done this, even though the supporters would have backed him to the hilt for being so forceful. I've backed him from day one but I am questioning now before it's too late my fellow fans. Basically warnock & bates went summer shopping at footballs equivalent of primark - Portsmouth - Warnock is obsessed with his final record breaking promotion in his final easy payout season - the league cup is just a smokescreen which hides the real problems.

Neil Warnock lost the plot before he ever came to Leeds. I can understand how he was appointed but I would have given him the boot after the Forest 3-7 result. No joker should be a Leeds Manager. A joker he is. I wish for Xmas, a new Chairman / Owner, not GFH and a new Manager. I would bring in Darren Ferguson or Joe Jordan if they would take the job.

Like all of you guys I watched the match today and the watford match last week, and I've gotta say i am watching this team play and it aint fuckin leeds united. We cant keep posession and even looked scared of the ball (as if the ball comes to you, oh I don't want it) NO WAY ARE THESE PLAYERS FIT TO WEAR THE SHIRT! I fear we a staring straight down the barrel of L1 once again. Simon Grayson must of been laughing his cock off in that studio today... I want leeds united back now pleases!!!!!

Bates and Colin must stay, see the job through, continue the good work right through to league 1 and beyond, why should leeds spend be allowed to spend any money on players when they owed creditors millions of pounds and they ended up receiving a pittance, long live papa smurf ha ha

Can't really disagree with what you're saying. Neil Warnock was not my choice when he was appointed ... Radi Antic was but despite this, I was more than prepared to give him my support as I would any manager of Leeds United, however, patience is now running a bit thin.

I completely agree his team selection is an absolute joke! Brown is a as useless as a chocolate teapot! White should start left wing he has nothing to ofer on the right. After we conceded against mill wall he didn't even get Norris or white on! Poleon should be featuring in every game he has pace and power and gets goals. Pugh at left back? Ridiculous! Tongs left wing? No pace at all! It's all so so wrong and I did think warnock was the right man I think he made good signings with the money he had but now I don't. Because he clearly has no idea. I never want to brown play for leeds again and if he does he will only help us lose!

The last thing that we need is for you lot to start turning on the manager. NW is very good, loyal and hard working. He has been let down time and time again by Bates and the takeover. False promises, etc. I would like to see you do your job of making major transformation in your work place with a boss that makes promises and then doesn't or can't back you. When you are denied the tools and resources to do the job and then tied up in company politics and bewilderment. No, NW is the man for the job and without him League One definately beckons! It is too easy to criticise. I still back Warnock to the hilt and we will come good as soon as the goons sort out the problems off the pitch!.

Bluesman ... I for one, am not turning on the manager and he continues to have my full support as suggested above. However, as in all employment positions I have held, I do reserve the right to have an opinion and also to question any decisions made by others which affect either the performance of my team or their effects on the smooth running of the business and I continue to question some of Neil Warnock's decisions and team selections.

First of all I must say Leeds fans are so fickle it's untrue! Sadly most Leeds fans will also need to look up what fickle means aswell ! Neil warnock was appointed because of his track record of promoting teams on a budget ! As recently as 2 seasons ago! Perfect pedigree for Leeds ! He is quality but you only have to watch his body language when interviewed! He is deflated lets face it he has been sold a pup! But he really isn't to blame and neither are the players the fact they are not good enough isn't their fault! I'm sure warnock would have loved to bring in higher calibre players but as with everything money dictates the standard of player we get! And money is dictated by bates! The fiasco of a take over is the problem! Bates should have said this is the dead line if you want to buy the club complete by this date or Jog on! There is nothing in this league and we are not even a third of the way through the season but we must must must give warnock some funds to bring in a higher quality player or rather 3 or 4 ! It wouldn't cost a lot ! Warnock proved that with the QPR squad he put together! Palace narrowly avoided relegation last year but are clear at the top this!!! Trust me there is nothing in this league! But pathetic rants blaming warnock or calling for his head are helping no one!!!! Especially the true Leeds fans!

How can you back warnock when he has the players but doesn't play hem in the right positions? it's beyond a joke and so frustrating to watch! He played green as one of three centre backs against Watford. That's bizzare! We have had no pace up top without McCormack but he still plays tonge left wing! We need pace on both wings to provide for are forwards. All leeds do is play long ball and its dreadful ! We have a good team if they are played in the right positions and are used to get the best out of them. This is not happening at leeds and its very frustrating to watch. White has so much pace he needs to be left wing running at defenders and getting behind them. Brown should never wear the leeds shirt again. Warnock is doing so much wrong with his selections that I don't know where to start!

The problems at Leeds are serious, let us not do a Warnock, i.e., evade the issue. The team is shocking. Why are we bothering with rejects in their senior years! Warnock disgusts me with the defelction of blame. 3-7 defeat to Foest last year. 1-6 to Watford this year. I would have thought more of the man if he apologised to Leeds fans for these disgraceful performances.

Ref John Stanley comments! The Forrest result was graysons team not warnock s ! The Watford result @ 6-1 get real which part of we had 9 men for the whole of the second half bar 2 mins do you not understand? They scored3 of the 6 in the last ten mins two of them in injury time!! Plus the team saw their team mate carried off on a stretcher with oxygen! Anyone who thinks that doesn't affect

Sorry, I totally disagree with Paul Fox. A Manager lives or dies by results. Simply not good enough. I do not take one game in isolation. Paul or are you really called Neil, it is you that is out of touch.
