After a strange week in the world of Leeds United we have now found ourselves without the services of a generally unpopular chairman and a man who strived to stop the development of the club in his tenure. We also demoted Shaun (works his socks off) Harvey to make the tea and a man who I was never sure what he did, Gwyn Williams has been put on 'garden leave'.
Quite incredible that as soon as the calendar turned to July 1st the cull started and leaves us without the above mentioned miscreants. This along with positive signings and the release of ticket prices that start low but increase with demand, I'm a little confused how this system works but we will see. If there isn't 30,000 plus fans roaring on the lads something is seriously wrong.
GFH have had their critics, me being one but what they've done is a good start to get the fans back inside Elland Road. The trip to Farsley Celtic today marks the return of football, this is hopefully the start of a better season for the Whites.
I for one can't wait!
