By Russ VernonLeeds United have confirmed the departure of defender Marius Žaliūkas by mutual consent.
Žaliūkas joined United in October 2013 and had one-year left on his contract. He made a total of 15 league appearances during his time at Elland Road. Žaliūkas was left out of the squad that went to Italy on Monday and rumours late Monday night circulated that the Lithuanian international was set to leave the club. All at We All Love Leeds and the club would like to wish Marius all the best for the future.
