After what seems an age of rumours Paddy Kenny finally put pen to paper to join Leeds United on a 3 year deal.
This must have been the most expected transfer of the pre- season as Kenny has teased the fans on his Twitter account that he was moving from London and the : ) said it was our club where he wanted to go.
He joins up with Colin for the 3rd time so both know how the other works and Leeds fans can expect a keeper who gives a 110% every game and is widely believed to be one of the best keepers outside the top 6 of the Premiership. I myself would only put a few in front of him. It is hoped that with recent misdemeanours behind him and new defenders in front of him the problems of the last two years will become a bad distant memory.
Colin rates him as "the best signing I'll ever make for Leeds" and that says enough.
Four players in and money spent is cause for optimism for the coming season.
