Last weekend David Haigh teased the fans with a 'Good news next week'. Well David a week has passed and me and thousands of Leeds fans are wanting to know what is actually going on at our beloved team. Nearly every day I've searched to find out who this person is or that other one is.

The fans would really like a little reassurance from you and Salem that everything is ok in the theatre of hope. If it's not and from this fan I certainly think that a club that has to borrow money is certainly not in the best financial health. Moscow White has done a very interesting piece in 'The City Talks' where he asks who is actually calling the 'shots' at the club.

Please do not treat us as imbeciles Mr Haigh, we are the lifeblood of this club and without our support and mainly our money their would be no club. We have gone through eight hard years of Kenneth Bates and we believed in what GFH were hoping to do to our famous club but if you persist in this 'cloak and dagger' mentality you could find that the fans could turn on you just as they did Bates.

The news of a bid from West Ham for our talismanic striker comes as no surprise as most of football knows we haven't a pot to piddle into and until we see different so will the fans too

I'm asking three things, reject the McCormack bid and any others that come in for him and any other of the bright lights at the club. Come out publicly and tell the fans exactly what has happened in the last seven days. Finally publicly back the manager and give him some funds to aid his search to improve the squad like you promised him. If not you might find yourself without a manager if he decides the 'good faith' that brought him to the club were words and nothing else.

We are waiting Mr Haigh.

Understand everyone's frustration, however when selling a business there is only so much information that can be divulged until all documents have been signed. I know I sold my business. David Haigh foolishly has tried to keep us informed in part because he has the club at heart but like anything else in life things never go as easy as we hope.... Mañana

Correct! Many fans do not understand the process. Some people think that making public statements is like going to the pub and telling your mates what has happened at work. Well, it isn't! There are confidentiality issues, legal frameworks AND considerations. Then there is privacy oh the people involved and the potential effect on their other business interests and positions. ThEn there are all the confidential business issues. So is there any wonder there is silence?

So what do we know? We'll we know that GFH are offloading 75% of their shares in Leeds. We know that David Haigh, who wrestled Leeds from Bates, is leading negotiation. We know that David Haigh and Andrew Flowers are Leeds fans and that BM has said that they have our best interests at heart. We know that Cellini is involved in some way either financially or in an advisory capacity. We should now know that the potential takeover may go ahead or it may not and we will still be with GFH. We believe that there are other potential buyers waiting in the wings. We should now realise that the takeover is complex and that we will have to be patient. If it does go through will it be the end of our problems? Mat be, may be not. I think that we should continue to trust David Haigh to do the best he can for Leeds. After all he is a supporter too!

There is some sticking point, it seems. It will go through, but only after the transfer window has passed away. Meantime, holding onto Ross will be the best signal of intent.

We were happy when we heard that Bates was out and GFH had taken over, that's the only reason Warnock stuck it out with bates, he was expecting to able to work with a lot of cash. This hasn't happened, they have brought in some players but they are all of league one standard, Matt Smith can do nothing with a ball unless he's in the 6 yard box, Luke Murphy was a clear waste of a million quid, Zalukias or however it is spelt is ok but nothing special, Jimmy Kebe is decent but he is on loan which is pretty frustrating and Cameron Stewart is on loan but joins us next year, no wonder Hull loaned him out twice in a season, he is crap.
Can somebody please explain to me how GFH have been any better than Ken Bates? Because, I seriously don't see it, neither were willing to spend money in the cub, neither kept us updated with what was happening and neither have bought us a good side. We are currently a push over and a game for other teams to rack up some points. Leeds are currently a joke and not a funny one.
