![]() By Keith Ingham It didn't surprise me that after a short while back from his enforced exile in Miami, Massimo Cellino was back behind the microphone trying to explain where Leeds United go from here. Nearly seventy minutes passed, including a cigarette break without Sheriff Cellino making one statement that didn't question his mental state or ours for listening to the garbage that comes out of the Italian's mouth. There is a saying going around that you can tell when the megalomaniac is lying it's usually when his mouth is open!. I need to question a few of the 'statements' he made, number one he claims to have spent Ross McCormack's transfer fee on the players, I use the word with caution because apart from a handful they would grace only a non league teams substitute bench. Over nine million pounds in fees and wages. Well Mr Cellino you appointed the man that organised the purchase of said players so perhaps this might be your mistake. Number two you claimed that the club would be ready to push for promotion in 2015/16 but this seems to have moved to the season after 2016/17 and you claim that you will sell if this is not achieved under your tenure. That's two but I won't bore you with more because the underlining fact is that the man is a liar and a fraud. Not fit to run a market stall never mind a club with such a rich history.
I feel for Adam Pearson in a little way, the look on his face gave the impression of a rabbit caught in the headlights not sure or which way to run. Without doubt Pearson is there in case that another court finds this 'charming man' guilty of another misdemeanour and without a shred of doubt where this man (Cellino) travels, trouble is his travelling companion. Neil Redfearn might have missed his little 'get together' but it does not warrant him being treated with such a lack of disrespect. I hope that now somebody out there sees what the fans of Leeds see and take him away from the cesspit the club is becoming. It would be a fitting achievement if his next club gains promotion, while Leeds have their usually dally with relegation next season. I fear for my club whilst this lunatic holds control and pray that sooner or later he is removed for somebody who actually gives a s#%t about this wonderful football club and it's fans. I do not like Massimo Cellino, can you tell ?.

The man is a total idiot. He has no place in English football. We should all stay away, if nobody goes to the matches then he is bound to sell up.

It is unbelievable the way NR appears to be getting treated by this Mafiosa.. How does the club rid itself of this buffoon. Its just one fiasco after the next with Leeds.I will not waste my money travelling from Ireland to line his pockets.

His all consuming ego blinds him to words like humility and delegation. I hope this egotism drives him speedily down the foggy road to his perdition - but leaves LUFC intact and unscathed..

If his method is to treat people at the club with disrespect and show the same to fans.

If there was ever any doubt Massimo Cellino was unfit to own Leeds United, his car crash of a press conference must have sealed the deal. Massimo needs to wise up quickly and learn to respect others who are wiser and have Leeds United's best interests at heart. I appreciate he has things to sort out after his recent absence, but who's fault is that? The incumbents he appointed to run the club in his absence turned out to be just as incompetent as the man himself, no surprise there. Preparation for next season is already behind the curve despite the fact we all know what we need to be competitive. The best solution is for Massimo to sell the club to someone who understands how to run an English football club and has Leeds United's best interests at heart. Until this happens Leeds will stagger from one crisis to the next going nowhere fast. As a football supporter I feel sorry for Neil Redfearn, his players and the legendary Leeds supporters. They all deserve so much better and with new owners could realise their potential. Sadly, under the current regime, it will all end in tears.
